1) Trial Lesson
Trial lesson will be considered the 1st lesson, if you are satisfied with the service, please proceed to make payment (1st lesson + the number of lessons for that month) within 2 days from the trial lesson to secure your slot.
Trial lesson will be waived off if the participant is unsatisfied with the service and does not wish to continue.

2) Each Session Duration
Below 5 years old: 30 minutes
5 years and above: 45 minutes (subjected to participant's conditions)

3) Rates
Refer to the bottom of our sign up page (https://fabulousswim.com/lesson-sign-up/) for our rates.
A surcharge of $5 per lesson applies for requesting female coaches due to their higher demand.
A surcharge of $20 per lesson for areas in Tuas, Changi and Sentosa.

4) Payment
Payment for the upcoming month must be made within 5 calendar days after the final class of the current month.
Failure to make payment within this window may result in slot being released and offered to another student.
Classes will only commence upon successful payment.

Payment made are non-refundable if the clients decided to discontinues in between the cycle. 

5) Attendance
For group lessons, all participants must be present for their 1st lesson. Otherwise prorate based on the day of attendance.
Up to 2 FREE cancellation per month for Infant and Toddler (less than 5 years old) with 1 day advance notice. Further cancellation will still be charged accordingly.
Should another party stop for one month and above, lesson will be prorated according to the number of students in the group left.
The Coach is not obliged to extend or make up the lesson if the student is late or absent.

6) Group Classes
For group classes, the coach reserves the right to slot in other students where he/she deems that the new participant's capability is on par with the class. (Pricing will be revised accordingly).

7) Cancellation
Up to 1 FREE cancellation per month with 1 day advance notice. Further cancellation will still be charged accordingly.
Regardless of reasons, i.e. overseas or participants feeling unwell, please drop coach a text 1 DAY in advance before lesson starts.
Last minute cancellation will be charged accordingly.
Do notify any ADVANCE date constraint BEFORE payment every month so that we will not factor that as cancellation.
Do note that excessive cancellations may slow down the progression of participants and may risk their slots given up to those in the waiting list.
Should there is bad weather on the day of Cancellation, it will be considered as cancellation instead of bad weather.
Do discuss with your Coach on the possibility of make-up lesson. Make up lesson is term as the lesson conducted on the different day of the same week that the lesson was missed. Example: 1 lesson was missed on Monday due to cancellation or bad weather, the made-up lesson can be from Tuesday to Sunday, before the start of the next lesson on the following week.

8) Bad weather
In the event of obvious bad weather at your location, do inform the coach earliest 1HOUR before lesson so that the session can be voided. Coach will make the final decision.
However, in the unfortunate event when the coach has arrived and bad weather occurs even before entering the water, lessons will still be charged.
Do discussed with your Coach on the possibility of make-up lesson.

9) Public Holiday
By default, no lesson will be conducted during Singapore Public Holiday, excluding in-lieu holidays.
Unless otherwise agreed by your swimming coach. Please feel free to chat with our friendly coaches.

10) Videography
Our exclusive underwater Videography services aim to assist you in preserving those memories, and more importantly review their progression.
In instances where Fabulous Swim deems a student’s videos are exceptional and wish to showcase them on our social media or website, we will seek your consent first.

A. Fees
• All fees must be paid at least two weeks before the start of a new term. If payment is not received by the due date, the student will not be allowed to attend lessons until the outstanding fees are settled. A $5 administrative fee may apply for each late or dishonoured payment.

• Lesson fees and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• To discontinue lessons, a written notice must be submitted at least 10 days in advance (excluding term breaks and public holidays).
• Students who stop or discontinue lessons for more than 6 months must re-enrol and registration fee will be charged again accordingly.
• Fees will not be refunded in the event of school closures due to contagious diseases (e.g. COVID-19, HFMD), power failures, or government-imposed shutdowns. Make-up classes may be offered at the school’s discretion.

B. Lesson Policy
• Lessons will not be conducted on official public holidays or during school term breaks. However, classes will proceed as usual on substitute public holidays.
• If a student misses 2 or 4 consecutive lessons (depending on the package) without prior notice, both lesson fees and deposit will be forfeited.
• To freeze lessons for 1 month or longer, advance payment is required to reserve your spot.
• The school has the right to assign relief instructors to cover classes in the absence of the regular coach. If you choose not to attend the class conducted by a relief instructor, it will be considered a cancellation.
• The school reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons in unforeseen circumstances.
• The school has the rights to slot in other students in and during the lesson where student’s capability matches the class.
• Day/timing of your lesson is subject to changes based on individual progression as such to ensure continuous progression.
• The school has the authority to change or reassign teachers at its discretion, whenever necessary.
• The start date will be delayed if the class size does not meet the minimum requirements.

C. Replacement Policy
• If a student needs to miss a lesson due to medical reasons, official school activities or personal reasons, parents must inform the school via parents’ portal at least 3 hours in advance. Otherwise, your lesson will be consumed.
• As a gesture of goodwill, the school will grant each student 1 replacement class per month or 4 replacement class per term. All additional replacement classes within the same term will be chargeable.
• Replacement classes must be used within 4 weeks of the student’s absence. Otherwise, lesson is consumed.
• Postponing of lessons or replacement classes are not permitted.

D. Safety
• The school reserves the right cease the student from attending lesson if found unwell before or during lesson.
• The school reserves the right to deny entry or remove both the parent and child from the premises if either exhibits aggressive and/or abusive behaviour that threatens safety or disrupts the lesson.
• Parents/Guardians must inform the school of any disabilities, medical conditions, or illnesses that may affect their child/ward, regardless of the severity. This information should be shared before enrolment or immediately after the condition arises if discovered post-enrolment. The disclosure must be made in writing and sent to us via email.

E. Attire & Diaper Policy
• All students below the age of 3 years old must wear 1 disposable swim diaper with 1 reuseable swim diaper for swim lesson.
• If there is a leakage and the student is not wearing the required diapers, the pool will be closed, and the parent will be responsible for the pool cleaning charges. (Up to $300)
• Accompanying adults in the pool must wear swim attire that is appropriate and approved by the school. Attire that is overly revealing or deemed unsuitable (e.g. low-cut swimsuits) will not be permitted. You may refer to the Fabulous Swim website for guidelines on approved parent-accompanied attire.
• The lesson will be forfeited if the attire of the accompanying parent or child is considered inappropriate.

F. Others
• The school shall not be held liable for any claims related to injury, damage, or loss of life that may occur during the lesson.
• All participants take part at their own risk, including any personal belongings brought onto the school premises, which are also their own responsibility.
• Lesson time includes a reasonable allowance for essential administrative tasks such as attendance taking, addressing parents’ queries, and communicating with the front desk regarding class matters.
• The school reserves the right to transfer, combine, or cancel a class if it is reduced to only one student.
• The school has CCTV cameras operating 24/7 at its location for security and safety purposes. Footage may be reviewed at the school’s discretion.
• The school retains the right to photograph, record, or film lessons and activities for training, promotional, and publicity purposes without seeking individual consent.

G. PDPA
• The personal information collected by our school is used exclusively for the following purposes: course registration, service surveys, accounting needs, and to send important updates, promotions, and news about Fabulous Swim courses and activities.
• We take the privacy and security of your personal information very seriously and are committed to safeguarding it. Your data will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
• If you believe that your personal data has been compromised or misused in any way, we ask that you immediately contact the school so we can investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
Additionally, please be aware that pictures and videos may be taken during activities for marketing and security purposes. These images may be used on our website, social media platforms, promotional materials, or other media outlets related to Fabulous Swim. By participating in our programs, you consent to this use, unless you specifically request otherwise.
• The school reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any significant changes will be communicated appropriately.
