1) Trial Lesson

• Trial lesson is considered the 1st lesson,
• If you are satisfied with the service, please proceed to make payment (1st lesson + the number of lessons for that month) within 2 days from the trial lesson to secure your slot.
• Trial lesson fee will be waived off if the participant is unsatisfied with the service and does not wish to continue. 

• Below 5 years old: 30 minutes
• 5 years and above: 45 minutes (subjected to participant’s conditions)

3) Rates

• Check our sign-up page for rates.
• A surcharge of $5 per lesson applies for female coaches due to their higher demand.
• A surcharge of $20 per lesson for areas in Tuas, Changi and Sentosa.

4) Payment

• Fees to be made before the 1st lesson of monthly.
• Cash or bank transfer to Fabulous Swim Pte Ltd
• OCBC Current Account 695582510001 or DBS paylah uen 201614215E
• Chat with us if you prefer to use Paynow QR code instead.
• Kindly screenshot and inform us once payment is done.

5) Attendance

• For group lessons, all participants must be present for their 1st lesson. Otherwise prorate based on the day of attendance.
• Should another party stop for one month and above, lesson will be prorated according to the number of students in the group left.

6) Group Classes

• For group classes, the coach reserves the right to slot in other students where he/she deems that the new participant’s capability is on par with the class. (Pricing will be revised accordingly).

7) Cancellation

• Up to 1 FREE cancellation per month with 1 day advance notice. Further cancellation will still be charged accordingly.
• Regardless of reasons such as: overseas, feeling unwell, school activities, overslept or any other unforeseen circumstance leading to a missed swim lesson
• Please text us 1 DAY in advance before lesson starts to consume your 1 Free cancellation per month.
• Last minute cancellation will be charged accordingly.
• Do notify any ADVANCE date constraint BEFORE payment every month so that we will not factor that as cancellation.
• Do note that excessive cancellations may slow down the progression of participants and may risk their slots given up to those in the waiting list.
• Should there is bad weather on the day of Cancellation, it will be considered as cancellation instead of bad weather.
• Discuss the possibility of a makeup lesson with your Coach. Make up lesson is term as the lesson conducted on the different day of the same week that the lesson was missed. Example: 1 lesson was missed on Monday due to cancellation or bad weather, the made-up lesson can be from Tuesday to Sunday, before the start of the next lesson on the following week.

8) Bad weather

• In the event of obvious bad weather at your location, do inform the coach earliest 1HOUR before lesson so that the session can be voided. Coach will make the final decision.
• However, in the unfortunate event when the coach has arrived and bad weather occurs even before entering the water, lessons will still be charged.
• Do discussed with your Coach on the possibility of make-up lesson.

9) Public Holiday

• By default no lesson will be conducted during Singapore Public Holiday, excluding in-lieu holidays.
• Unless otherwise agreed by your swimming coach. Please feel free to chat with our friendly coaches.

10) Videography

• Our exclusive underwater Videography services aim to assist you in preserving those memories, and more importantly review their progression.
• In instances where Fabulous Swim deems a student’s videos are exceptional and wish to showcase them on our social media or website.
• Do let us know if you do not wish for us to showcase your Fabulous kids swimming in action.
• All video that we will post will not have mention any names, address or any other personal details.
